How to Request Help

Requesting Help

1. Click the soccer ball button located at the top right corner of the Stat Stock Dashboard

2. Select "Answers" from the top of the pop-up support menu.

3. Type your issue into the search field at the bottom of the pop-up support box, then press the "Enter" key.

4. If a relevant support article appears, click it and follow the documented instructions.

5. If no relevant support articles appear, or you need additional support, click the "Ask" button at the top of the pop-up support window. Then, fill out the form below and click the green "Send a message" button at the bottom of the pop-up window to submit a help ticket. One of our friendly team members will be in touch soon.
