How to Use the Scheduled Reporting Feature

1. Run the report you would like to schedule: From the Stat Stock dashboard, click the "Reports" button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Select your report criteria, then click "Run" at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2. Save a copy of the report you would like to schedule: In the top-right corner of the screen, click "Save a copy." Then, click the green "Save Copy" button at the bottom of the pop-out menu. NOTE: It is best practice to change the name and description of the report to reflect the report frequency. 

3. Create the scheduled report: Select the "Scheduled Reports" button from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. In the "Report Name" drop-down menu, select the report copy you created in step two.

4. Set the reporting criteria: Fill out the report frequency and output options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
