Factory Reset From Menu
Sometimes your monitor will require a factory reset to restore to factory default. This could be due to many reasons, the most common is Wi-Fi connection issues.
To enter the menu, press both buttons on top of the monitor together. The LED on the bottom left will turn solid purple.
From the Main Menu, use the white button to scroll down to Administrative Activities, then use the blue or black button to select it. Then use the white button to scroll down to Factory Reset, use the blue or black button to select it. Your device will restart and display "Factory Resetting Device".
If on your monitor, you see "policies", press the white button firmly, this will take you back to the sub menu, then use the white button to scroll down to "Up one level". Then follow the steps to get to Administrative Activities.
