Kit and Cart Expiration Labels

Now when you are relocating, relocking, or modifying a kit or a cart in the system you can pull up a printable label with the expiration date and other details of that kit or cart! You can see this for carts below for when you relocate a cart.

This will take away the manual process of writing out labels for kits and carts and help make sure that they are up to date and accurate. These labels are also customizable! Just reach out to us and we will create the label you want. Here you can see an example of a cart expiration label below.

To Turn this Feature on (depending on if you want to turn it on for kits and/or carts) you will click on Kits or Carts on the home page

From Here you will click on "Cart Type" or "Kit Type"

Next you will Click "edit" in the 3 dot dropdown menu of the kit type or cart type you want to see the expiration labels

From here you can toggle on "Enable Cart/Kit Expiration Labels". When that is done a dropdown will appear and when you click on it you will be able to choose what label type you want to use for that kit or cart!

Now that you have this functionality turned on we can go over how to use it. To get here from the Stat Stock home page, you will click on the charcoal colored button that says "relocate".

From there you will put in the kit or cart you are relocating. Then you will put in the destination underneath it. After this press relocate.

Then confirm your relocation by clicking "yes" in the bottom corner of the screen

Then click on "print label"

Your Kit or Cart expiration label will pull up in a new tab and look something like this

And here you can see the same process for when you relock a cart. To get here if you start at the home page, you will click on "carts" in the green ribbon at the top.

Once you are there, you will see a group of icons. Click on the icon with a lock in it .

From here, a panel will pop out asking for relock details, fill them in accordingly (i.e. type in the Cart or Kit you would like to relock, change the lock/locks in need of changing, select a reason why it is being relocked). Once this is done, press "Save".

After you hit save, a new panel will pop up asking if you would like to print label. If you would like to print the expiration label now that it is relocked, press "Print Label".

Kits Options

Available Fields:

Kit

• Kit Name - Name of the Kit
• Kit Identifier - Number on the RFID tag of the Kit
• Kit Expiration Date - The earliest date where am item in the Kit expires
• Kit Restock Date - When the kit was restocked
• Kit Next Expiring Item - The ealiest expiring item in the Kit

Carts Options

Available Fields:

Cart

• Cart Name - Name of the Cart
• Cart Identifier - Number on the RFID tag of the Cart
• Cart Expiration Date - The earliest date where am item in the Cart expires

Drawers in Cart

• Drawer Name - Name of the Drawer
• Drawer Identifier - The unique number given to a Drawer
• Drawer Expiration date - The earliest date where an item in the Drawer expires

Kits In Drawers

• Kit Name - Name of the Kit
• Kit Identifier - Number on the RFID tag of the Kit
• Kit Expiration Date - The earliest date where am item in the Kit expires
• Kit Restock Date - When the kit was restocked
