Reports

StatTemp provides detailed reports to streamline compliance and enhance monitoring efficiency in critical environments by offering valuable data on temperature and humidity conditions to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Critical Temperature Event Report: Provides details on temperature events that were created when a sensor went out of range.
  • Critical Humidity Event Report: Provides details on humidity events that were created when a sensor went out of range.
  • NIST Calibration Expiration Report: Tracks the calibration status of sensors.
  • Sensor Daily Low/High Report: Captures the daily minimum and maximum readings.
  • Sensor Humidity History Report: Provides a detailed log of all humidity readings within the selected date range.
  • Sensor Humidity History Report with Graph: Visualizes humidity data over a selected period, allowing for immediate analysis and pattern recognition.
  • Sensor Temperature History Report: Provides a detailed log of all temperature readings within the selected date range.
  • Sensor Temperature History Report with Graph: Visualizes temperature data over a selected period, allowing for immediate analysis and pattern recognition.
  • Twice Daily Check-In Report: Shows the closest readings to 8:00 am and 8:00 pm for the selected date range.

Run a Report

  1. To access Reports, click Reports at the top of the Stat Temp website.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the report you want to generate and select 'Run' OR click the report name directly.
  3. Sensor Selection:
    • You can select multiple sensors for all report types, except those that include graphs.
    • Alternatively, you can generate reports for specific groups to improve relevance.
  4. Date Range:
    • For reports requiring a specific date range, scroll to the bottom of the date range selector and use the Date Picker to specify the period.
  5. For temperature reports, select whether to display the data in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
  6. Once all parameters are configured, click Run in the bottom right.
  7. After the report is generated, you can customize its layout by clicking Configure Columns. You can also pre-sort columns before exporting.
  8. Once the report is properly configured, click Export.
  9. File Formats:
    • Reports can be exported in CSV, Excel, or PDF.
    • Graph reports are available only in PDF format to ensure clarity and accuracy.
