Stat Temp Reports
StatTemp provides detailed reports to streamline compliance and enhance monitoring efficiency in critical environments by offering valuable data on temperature and humidity conditions to meet regulatory requirements.
- Twice Daily Check-In Report: Verifies sensor check-ins twice a day to ensure continuous monitoring.
- Sensor Temperature History Report with Graph: Visualizes temperature data over a selected period, allowing for immediate analysis and pattern recognition.
- Sensor Temperature History Report: Provides a detailed log of temperature readings without graphical data.
- Sensor Humidity History Report with Graph: Offers a graphical representation of humidity levels over time, facilitating trend analysis.
- Sensor Humidity History Report: Lists humidity readings for a specific period, supporting thorough environmental reviews.
- Sensor Daily Low/High Report: Captures the daily minimum and maximum readings, crucial for environments where precise conditions are critical.
- NIST Calibration Expiration Report: Tracks the calibration status of sensors to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.
- Critical Temperature Event Report: Documents instances where temperature parameters were breached, crucial for audit and corrective action planning.
Stat Temp also allows you to schedule these reports. This feature ensures that you receive timely updates and continuous documentation, aligning with compliance schedules and internal audits, all without manual intervention.
Run a Report
- To access Reports, click Reports at the top of the Stat Temp website.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the report you want to generate and select 'Run' OR click the report name directly.
- Sensor Selection:
- You can select multiple sensors for all report types, except those that include graphs.
- Alternatively, you can generate reports for specific groups to improve relevance.
- Date Range:
- For reports requiring a specific date range, scroll to the bottom of the date range selector and use the Date Picker to specify the period.
- For temperature reports, select whether to display the data in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Once all parameters are configured, click Run in the bottom right.
- After the report is generated, you can customize its layout by clicking Configure Columns. You can also pre-sort columns before exporting.
- Once the report is properly configured, click Export.
- File Formats:
- Reports can be exported in CSV, Excel, or PDF.
- Graph reports are available only in PDF format to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Scheduled Reports
Creating Scheduled Reports
- Click the gear shift icon at the top of the Stat Temp website, then select Scheduled Reports.
- Click Create a Scheduled Report in the top right.
- In the Create a Scheduled Report panel, enter a name for your report.
- Select the report type to schedule.
- Sensor Selection:
- You can select multiple sensors for all report types, except those that include graphs.
- Alternatively, you can generate reports for specific groups to improve relevance.
- Date Range:
- For reports requiring a specific date range, scroll to the bottom of the date range selector and use the Date Picker to specify the period.
- Click Get Preview to customize and view the scheduled report.
- Choose how often the report runs:
- Weekly: Select the day of the week, then specify the hour and minute.
- Monthly: Choose the day and frequency (1 = every month, 2 = every two months, etc.), then specify the hour and minute.
- Enable On Demand if you prefer to run the report manually from the Scheduled Reports data grid instead of scheduling it.
- Choose your preferred delivery format and report formatting options.
Graph reports are available exclusively in PDF format to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Assign Report Recipients:
- Add additional email addresses to send reports to non-system users.
- Once all parameters are configured, click Save in the bottom left to finalize your scheduled report setup.
Managing Scheduled Reports
To modify or clone a scheduled report, click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the left of the scheduled report you'd like to modify or clone.
- Run – Immediately generate the report.
- Edit – Modify the report settings.
- Clone – Duplicate the report and customize it.
- Remove – Delete the scheduled report.
