Managing Notifications

To find out who is receiving notifications or make changes to who is receiving notifications, follow the steps below:

Managing Notifications for Sensors

1. Access the Device's Notifications:
   • From the Dashboard, click on Sensors or Monitors.
   • Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) next to the device and select Edit
2. View Assigned Notifications:
   • Once the page loads, scroll down to the Notifications section.
   • This section will display the notifications currently assigned to that specific sensor
3. Locate and Edit the Notification:
   • After identifying which notification needs to be edited, click the gear icon at the top right of the Stat Temp website and select Notifications. This will open the Notifications Data Grid.
   • Search for the notification you need to modify and click on it.
4. Add or Remove Users:
   • On the notification page, click Notification Chain at the top of the panel.
   • This will bring you to the user section for that notification.
   • From here, you can add or remove users, contacts, or groups who will receive notifications in SMS, Email, or phone call format.
