Creating a custom report

To configure and save your report to make it the lone report you need to run going forward:

1) To create a report, you must first run a report by selecting one of the 3 global reports available


2) Once selected, choose the time frame parameter for the time period you need to run your report - i.e. Today, Last 7 Days, Date Picker (which allows you to select a specific start and end date), etc.


3) Once the report runs, click on the CONFIGURE option on the right side of the banner above the report.

4) Uncheck the boxes for the fields of information that you do not need in your report

5) By clicking on the 2 lines to the right of each field, you can drag fields to rearrange the order of how the fields show on the report and then click on APPLY.

6) Once you're satisfied with the layout and information in your report, click on the SAVE A COPY button in the top-right of the page, right below your circled initials.


7) Name and add a description (if necessary) and then click on SAVE COPY in the bottom right of the popup screen.


Now, your saved report will be included in the master list with the 3 global reports that your users will be able to run whenever they need to and it will be uniform.
