Invite Users to Groups

Groups in Stat Temp help streamline notification management by allowing you to assign alerts to a set of users instead of adding individuals one by one. When you invite a user to a group, they will automatically receive any notifications that group belongs to.

1. Click the gear shift icon at the top right of the Stat Temp website. Then click Invitations.
2. Click Invite User on the top right.
3. Enter the user's email. You can enter multiple emails if the groups and roles are the same.
4. Select the user's role or roles.
   • Remember that users assigned the Administrator role will "View All" by default.
5. Select the user's Group or Groups they will be assigned to.
   • Any users not assigned to a Group will be able to see all sensors, however, they will not be able to filter by available Groups.
   • Users assigned to Groups will only be able to see sensor data for sensors assigned to those Groups.
6. Once all information has been entered correctly, click Invite.
