How to use Resource Links

Overview

The Resource Links section offers quick access to documentation and materials specific to your organization — directly within Stat Temp. You can find it under your profile icon in the top-right corner. Resource Links are designed to centralize facility-specific SOPs, audit checklists, and compliance documents in one location, helping your team stay aligned and prepared for inspections or training. These documents can be created by HCL and Stat Temp or be internal, customer-specific documentation or forms.


What You’ll Find

Resource Links can include:

  • External URLs – e.g., organization intranet pages, manufacturer resources, regulatory sites
  • Downloadable Documents – e.g., SOPs, audit templates, calibration certificates, or training materials

How It Helps

  • Keeps your team on the same page with approved documentation.
  • Reduces time spent searching shared drives or emails.
  • Supports compliance by ensuring the latest version is always accessible.
  • Provides a single hub for training and policy materials.

How to Access

  1. Click your profile icon (top-right), and the list of resource links will be listed in the profile icon sub-menu.
  2. Browse available documents or links for your facility.
  3. Click a link to open it or download a file directly.

If your organization wants to add or change available resources:

  1. Contact your Stat Temp account administrator or support team by clicking the question mark icon on the top right, or emailing StatTemp@gohcl.com.
  2. Provide the URL or file you’d like added.
  3. Once configured, it will appear under your account’s Resource Links section.
