If you are experiencing login issues these quick solutions may help resolve the issue.

- Have you tried goHCLabels.com on another setup to rule out this is a site issue.

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. In the URL bar simply type Settings
  3. Click Manage Settings
  4. Using the search bar type Clear to go Clear Browsing Data
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  6. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  7. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the. menu button situated in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Using the search bar type Clear to go Clear Browsing Data
  4. Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear. (Cookies + Cache)
  5. Click on Clear.

Firefox

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click the “menu bars,”
  2. Using the search bar type Clear to go Clear Browsing Data
  3. Here you can select “Clear your recent history.”
  4. Be sure that only “Cookies” is checked, and then select the time frame for which you would like to delete your cookies. If you want to delete all cookies, select “Everything.”
  5. Double check your selections to make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected, and then hit “Clear.”
