Adding Inventory Items into Stat Stock
2. Click on Add Inventory
3. Start Searching for the name of the item being added
4. When you find the desired item, select it from the drop-down.
5. Enter the correct Lot and expiration date of the items being added
6. After entering the Lot and Expiration Date, Select the Scan RFID to scan all the rfid tags placed on items
7. The box should perform a scan of all the contents inside the box.
8. After the Scan you should see all new RFID tags numbers being added into the system
9. From here you can have a pharmacist verify the selected items to ensure accuracy. A pharmacist will enter their credentials after visually inspecting the items.
10. If a pharmacist is not readily available, select save and the items will move to an approval queue for approval later. THh
11. After sending items to the approval queue or approving, you will receive a notification in the top right hand corner letting you know.
12. To approve items in the approval queue, select on approval queue on the left side menu of Inventory.
13. Here you can approve the entire batch of items by selecting the box next to the item name.
14. Then selecting Approve selected in the top right.
15. Click on highlight
16. If you want to select individual tags and not the whole batch, select the item name itself.
17. This drills you into a list of all tag items that need approved. From here you can individually approve items one by one.
18. if you have found an error, you can simply edit the tags and approve. to do this select the tags with incorrect information.
19. Click on Edit Selected in the top right hand corner
20. make the appropriate changes to the item information.
21. Click on Approve at the bottom of the page.
