Creating a Recall

When your facility is notified of a recall. You will want to head to the recall page located under the inventory section of your Stat Stock site. From there go to Create a recall in the top right-hand corner.

Next, you will select the Formulary Item, Reference URL for recall (optional), and start date for the recall. Underneath you can select either all lot numbers or enter as many individual lot numbers as needed. If you are entering individual lot numbers, you must enter them twice to ensure accuracy 

After Selecting save, Stat Stock will begin to scan your database and show any active medication and their location inside of your facility.
