Welcome to the new Stat Temp!!

We are excited to introduce a range of new features and improvements to enhance your experience with Stat Temp. Below is an overview of what's new with our website:

New Dashboard

The updated Dashboard now receives data in real-time, ensuring you have constant updates on your monitors. Humidity levels are now also displayed on the dashboard.

The new full-screen mode offers a single-page view of all your sensors. To access the full-screen mode, click the crisscross arrow icon to the left of the search bar.

The new collapsed card view allows users to condense their dashboards, allowing for more sensor visibility. To access the collapsed view, click the memo icon, or the middle icon, to the left of the search bar.

Additionally, quick actions on the dashboard let you view environment policies, take immediate readings, and replace hardware, all in one place.

Data Grids

Our new Data Grids are user-friendly and color-coded, offering numerous ways to personalize your view.

You can choose what data to display and save your personalized view by selecting the gear shift icon to the right of the search bar. From there, you can add or rearrange columns in the data grid. If you would like to save this customized view, click the arrows with the green dot next to the 'View: name', choose 'Save as', choose a name for your new view, and then select 'Save view'.

Additionally, you can perform bulk updates on your sensors, monitors, notifications, and Events, saving you valuable time. These data grids are also exportable.

Scheduled Reports

Now you can schedule reports to be delivered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Set up who needs the report and when, and voilà, the data you need will be in your inbox exactly when you need it.

To get started with Scheduled Reports, click the gear shift located at the top of the Stat Temp website, then click 'Scheduled Reports'.

Reports with Visual Graphs

Our temperature and humidity reports now include visual graphs, making it easier than ever to understand what’s happening with your temperature monitors. These reports can be easily exported as PDFs, providing clear and concise context.

New Sensor Show Page

On the sensor show page, you can find all the information about a sensor. This includes the option to view and download the NIST certificate (if certified) and check details such as expiration date and any sensor notes. You can also review a history graph for the last 30 days or set a custom date range. Additionally, any sensor events will be listed in a data grid, which can be exported. Any changes made to the sensor are also visible from this page.

To view the sensor page, click on the sensor from the dashboard or the sensor data grid.

Events (Formerly Alerts)

The Alerts page has been completely revamped and renamed to Events. This new page ensures complete visibility during temperature excursions. You can see who received notifications, acknowledge events, and add notes explaining the reasons for excursions, giving you greater audit control.

To get started with events, click Events on the top of the Stat Temp website. It defaults to only open Events. To see them all, click the x inside of the 'open' token.

Notification Builder

The new Notification Builder consolidates the old process of setting up notifications into an easy-to-use tool. Schedule notifications, create user groups, include prebuilt tokens, and attach relevant documents to emails—all from one place.

To get started with notifications, click the gear shift icon at the top of the Stat Temp website, then click 'Notifications'.

Snooze Your Alerts

When you receive a notification, you can snooze it for 1 to 24 hours. If the temperature remains out of range after the snooze period, alerts will resume. This feature is perfect for temporary issues like a door left open.

Only notifications that create events and require acknowledgment can be snoozed.

To enable Snooze, go to your Notifications data grid and choose the notification you want to Snooze. In the Notification details section, toggle on snooze. Then, you can choose the duration for your notification to snooze (from 1 to 24 hours).

New Auto-Acknowledge

When you receive a notification, you can set whether the link auto-acknowledges the event, or if it takes you to the Event page to view more details.

Only notifications that create events and require acknowledgment can be auto-acknowledged.

To enable auto-acknowledge, go to your Notifications data grid and choose the notification you want to auto-acknowledge. In the Notification details section, select the link you would like to send in your notification.

SSO or Single Sign-On for Azure

Stat Temp now supports single sign-on for organizations using Azure SSO. Contact Stat Temp to activate it for your organization.

New System Settings

Don't forget to take a look at the updated system settings. There are new security features that enable you to establish password complexity and expiration, among other security options.

You can also now customize your default sensor configuration, which ensures that all new sensors are automatically assigned the default settings for your facility.
