Welcome to Stat Temp!!
We’re glad to have you up and running! This page will guide you through the first steps of using your Stat Temp website, from logging in and adding monitors and sensors to setting up notifications and reports. Whether you're monitoring a single location or managing multiple facilities, these instructions will help you get the most out of your system. If you have any questions along the way, our support team is just a message away.
Setup Device
- Unbox your Stat Temp monitor and sensor(s).
- Place the sensor in its desired location.
- Plug the device into power with the supplied power cord.
- Turn the device on by sliding the power switch into the up position.
- The monitor LED will come on and flash blue, and the screen will display a QR code with the caption “Download App.” It is now ready to connect to your network.
If your monitor does not advance to this screen, you may have a stuck screen. This can occur when the battery is completely depleted after it was last powered on. This is how you resolve a stuck screen:
- Turn the monitor off, wait for the LED to turn off (could take up to 2 minutes)
- hold down the black and white buttons on top of the monitor simultaneously, and turn the monitor on
- Once you see MUX, Power, Display..., use a paper clip or the SIM card tool provided to perform a pinhole reset. To perform a pinhole reset, insert a paperclip into the top pinhole on the right, push in, and release.
